We are Astraline, a band born out of our shared passion for metalcore and our determination to create something new, despite the distance between us. With Riccardo Grimaldi (guitarist) and Riccardo Tonarelli (drummer) in Milan, Luca Isgrò (guitarist) and Nicholas Denny (bassist) in Innsbruck, and Simone Maggi (vocalist) near Parma, it feels like some kind of "astral alignment" brought us together. That’s how we got our name. Before we ever met in person, we started this band remotely, overcoming the challenges of distance with creativity and dedication.
Our journey began on October 13, 2022, with the release of our debut single "DEADLINE", Packed with catchy choruses and crushing breakdowns, the song marked our first step toward redefining the metalcore scene in Italy and beyond. It quickly gained traction, even landing a spot on editorial playlists in its first week. Since then, we’ve released six more singles, each one reflecting our growth and ambition.
We’ve also had the chance to share the stage with amazing bands like Dead By April and Thrown, solidifying our place in the metalcore genre. But this is just the beginning. We’re always working on new material - whether it’s music, merch, or live events - pushing ourselves to connect with fans in new and exciting ways.
